Rent collection

TruHome offers tenants the ability to pay through AppFolio. Tenants enjoy the convenience of virtual payments through this payment platform with no hassle. We also accept (free) eCheck and credit card payments over the phone for those tenants who may not have access to the internet or online payments. The TruHome team only collects management fees on rent collected so if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. Our experienced team of rent collection experts integrate industry best practices into your rent collection process so we can help address rent collection issues before they start.

Property repairs and maintenance

The TruHome Property Solutions team is comprised of maintenance and trade-specific professionals so you know the job will be done right every time. Our in-house maintenance team is responsible for all ongoing property maintenance such as cleaning, painting, property turnovers, and outdoor maintenance. These property services are done by our in-house team means we can maximize the time spent turning over your rental units.

For emergency or specialized maintenance work such as flood repair, plumbing, electrical work, or other specific maintenance needs, the TruHome team has extensive working relationships with local vendors and trades professionals so you can breathe easy knowing you are covered for all your property maintenance needs.

Detailed financial reporting

With TruHome’s extensive financial reporting capabilities, property owners can routinely check-in on the cost-effectiveness of their property, while ensuring all regulatory and tax requirements are being met. Property owners have access to our AppFolio accounting software to view reports, ongoing expenses and revenue, and monitor the overall financial health of their investment. We charge a one-time fee for onboarding a new property which covers all necessary data entry, tenant correspondence, marketing, photos, video, 360-degree photo tours and other necessary tasks to start professional management. We will handle changing over utility accounts and setting up any other pertinent billing accounts (mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc.). $250 from 1-12 units, $300 for 23-24 units, $400 for 25-100 units and $500 for 101+ units.
